The Steelers are playing tonight. We do not have to wait until Sunday. They play tonight and are wearing their color rush uniforms. Let’s be optimistic and excited to see our team do well. Let’s also remember the NFL is crazy and full or parody:

This season:

  • The Cardinals have defeated the Cowboys

  • The Browns have defeated the 49ers

  • The Jets have defeated the Eagles

  • The Cardinals have defeated the Steelers

  • The Panthers have defeated the Texans

  • The Patriots have defeated the Bills

  • The Dolphins scored 70 on the Broncos, who then a few weeks later defeated the Chiefs

This list could go on for a while. But, the point is that getting too bogged down on what the Steelers did last week is pointless. Each week in the NFL there is unpredictability and parody. Each week provides an opportunity to win an NFL game and it truly is independent of what that team did last week or will do the following week.
